While renting a property through our agency, we guarantee you :

 • A strictly selection of the properties is done by the agency before it is put on offer for renting. Several criteria are taken into consideration: comfort, location, the charm of the place.
The choice and selection of the agency are determined by their desire to propose only perfect products, which can only be achieved through a thorough knowledge of the region.
 • A complete and objective description, an immediate answer to any question, plans, photos…details again and again… we put the highlights as well as the drawbacks in an obvious place (any nuisance is always noted)
 • Different kind of verifications: house and garden carefully up kept, a copy of the title deed, pools ‘protections… From 2004, May 1st, swimming pools will have to be equipped with a homologated protection system.. We do engage ourselves in checking and eliminating from our data base any property whose pools are not officially recognized.
 • The redaction of the house book in English, which comprises all the important details that you have to know, not only about the rented house but also about the region.
 • A safe mean of payment, the drawing up of a seasonnal contract, possibilities to be protected by an insurance.
 • A tailor-made welcome: guests are expected and warmly welcomed... Keys are not under the flower pot! The kitchen‘s cupboards contain vital commodities. Cold drinks, fruits, local wines…are offered. Beds are done. Heating is already on in winter. The telephone works. Everything has been carefully checked before.
  No bad surprise at the arrival, neither at departure: no unexpected extra costs, security deposit sent by return, detail of the phone bill.
